JACK G. MANCUSO

Jack G. Mancuso has been a member of the firm since its inception. He is a graduate of Brown University and the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University.

Mr. Mancuso was admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania in 1966. Mr. Mancuso is also admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court; the United States Supreme Court; the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit; and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Mancuso focuses his practice in the areas of Business Law, Elder Law, preparation of Wills / Trusts and the planning and administration of Estates and Trusts.

JOHN M. STOTT

John M. Stott has been a member of the firm since 1997. Mr. Stott is a graduate of Gettysburg College and the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University.

Mr. Stott was admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania in 1972. Mr. Stott is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Stott focuses his practice in the areas of: Education Law, Labor Law, preparation of Wills and Trusts, as well as Estate Planning and Administration.

GILBERT M. MANCUSO

Gilbert M. Mancuso has been a member of the firm since 1991. Mr. Mancuso is a graduate of both Lehigh University and the Dickinson School of Law. Mr. Mancuso received an LLM in Taxation from the Villanova University School of Law.

Mr. Mancuso was admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania in 1991. Mr. Mancuso is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States Tax Court.

Mr. Mancuso was a clerk to the former Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Mancuso focuses his practice in the areas of Estate Planning and Administration, Taxation, and both Residential and Commercial Real Estate Law.

MARK J. MEROLLA

Mark J. Merolla has been a member of the firm since 2000.  He is a graduate of Villanova University and the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University. Mr. Merolla is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Merolla was employed by Berks County Solicitor’s Office where served as Special Assistant County Solicitor.  In addition to being a shareholder of Brumbach, Mancuso & Fegley, P.C.; Mr. Merolla serves the Berks County Court of Common Pleas as a Custody and Support Hearing Master.

Mr. Merolla focuses his practice in the areas of: Municipal Law; Commercial Collections and Creditor’s Rights advising businesses how to reduce and recover accounts receivables; and Social Security / Elder law working with the Berks County Area Agency on Aging.

Representative clients include the Mt. Penn Borough Municipal Authority, Central Berks Regional Police Commission, and the South Heidelberg Township Zoning Hearing Board.

JAMES E. MANCUSO

James E. Mancuso was born in Reading, Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of Holy Name High School, Providence College, and the Gonzaga University School of Law.

Prior to entering law school, Mr. Mancuso completed a year of service through AmeriCorps and the Jesuit Volunteer Corps. He volunteered as paraeducator at the Paschal Sherman Indian School  on the Colville Reservation in Omak, Washington. While in law school, Mr. Mancuso worked for the legal research company, Westlaw. He began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney at the Berks County District Attorney’s Office.

Mr. Mancuso focuses his practice in the areas of: Education Law, Labor/Employment Law, preparation of Wills and Trusts, Estate Planning and Administration, Criminal Defense, as well as Business Law.

Mr. Mancuso is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He was selected for inclusion to the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Star list from 2017 through 2020. Only 2.5 percent of the lawyers in Pennsylvania received this honor.
