JOHN M. STOTT – of counsel

John M. Stott is a graduate of Gettysburg College and the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University.

Mr. Stott joined the firm in 1997 and is now of counsel to the firm.

Mr. Stott was admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania in 1972. Mr. Stott is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Stott focuses his practice in the areas of: Education Law, Labor Law, preparation of Wills and Trusts, as well as Estate Planning and Administration.

GILBERT M. MANCUSO

Gilbert M. Mancuso has been a member of the firm since 1991. Mr. Mancuso is a graduate of both Lehigh University and the Dickinson School of Law. Mr. Mancuso received an LLM in Taxation from the Villanova University School of Law.

Mr. Mancuso was admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania in 1991. Mr. Mancuso is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States Tax Court.

Mr. Mancuso was a clerk to the former Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Mancuso focuses his practice in the areas of Estate Planning and Administration, Taxation, and both Residential and Commercial Real Estate Law.

MARK J. MEROLLA

Mark J. Merolla has been a member of the firm since 2000.  He is a graduate of Villanova University and the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University. Mr. Merolla is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Merolla was employed by Berks County Solicitor’s Office where served as Special Assistant County Solicitor and Chief Clerk for Berks County.  In addition to being a shareholder of Brumbach, Mancuso & Fegley, P.C.; Mr. Merolla serves the Berks County Court of Common Pleas as a Custody and Support Hearing Master.

Mr. Merolla focuses his practice in the areas of: Municipal Law; Commercial Collection and Consumer’s Rights, Guardianships and Orphans’ Court litigation, and Social Security / Elder law working with the Berks County Area Agency on Aging.
