Mark J. Merolla has been a member of the firm since 2000. He is a graduate of Villanova University and the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University. Mr. Merolla was admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania in 1996, and he is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Prior to the Firm, Mr. Merolla was employed by Berks County serving as a Special Assistant in the Berks County Solicitor’s Office. In addition to being a member of Brumbach, Mancuso & Fegley, P.C., Mr. Merolla was appointed to serve in Berks County as a Custody and Support Hearing Master.
Mr. Merolla focuses his practice in the areas of: Municipal Law, Real Estate Law, Civil Litigation and Collections / Creditor’s Rights. Mr. Merolla is a member of The Association of Credit and Collection Professionals. Through the Firm’s collection practice, our clients have recovered millions of dollars of unpaid accounts and judgements.
Representative clients include the Mt. Penn Borough Municipal Authority, Central Berks Regional Police Commission as well as the Wyomissing Area and Boyertown Area School Districts in relation to collection of delinquent school real estate taxes.
